The data from 17/18 - 22/23 shows library visits for each library in Calderdale for both Library and Non-Library purposes. (Library purposes are physical or footfall visits include borrowing or returning items, making an enquiry, using library computers, looking at displays/posters, attending a library run event etc. )

This data was then used to create an annual projection for the year. We measure visits to assess demand and to manage and respond to library usage. The total number of visits made to Calderdale Libraries during the survey week is multiplied by 50 (50 rather than 52 is used to take into account bank holidays, closed days etc) .

You can also see selected Libraries datasets in the Libraries dashboard.
