Human Resources and workforce datasets

We have a group of datasets relating to the Council workforce. This page brings them together.

  2. Transparency

    Some of the datasets are covered by the Local Government Transparency Code. This Government code sets out the core set of datasets all local authorities should publish and maintain.

  3. Social work

    These datasets cover the staff who work in children and young people or adult social care.

  4. Gender pay gap and Public sector equality duty

    Organisations with a workforce of over 250 are required to publish an annual Gender pay gap report. We also have to report on the equality duty of the Council as part of our Public sector equality duty.

    The data for these are similar and or complimentary so are combined in the Gender pay gap report. The report looks at age, gender, disability, religion or belief, sexual orientation, length of service, pay and renumeration.
