Exploring the potential of technology in Calderdale’s future

Developing Calderdale’s Vision 2034 – Exploring the potential of technology in Calderdale’s future

Technology and data already underpins much of everyday life, from leisure, business, healthcare and the economy, and the current pace of change can play a big part in the development of Calderdale as a place between now and 2034. In the spirit of ‘Tech for Good’, this workshop as part of the Wuthering Bytes festival provides an opportunity to explore how we can collaborate on the use of technology and data to effect deliberate, positive social, economic and environmental benefit, to inform and realise our Vision 2034.

This session will be a workshop facilitated by Calderdale Council – Deborah Harkins (Director of Public Health) and Craig Chew-Moulding (Corporate Lead for Digital Transformation and Strategy).

10.30 – 12 noon, Saturday 26 August, The Space, Hebden Bridge Town Hall, St George’s Street, Hebden Bridge, HX7 7BY
